This is for export with xelatex/lualatex using tex fonts of
lib/doc/attic/eu_Additional.lyx.
E.g. for 'export/doc/attic/eu_Additional_pdf4_texF' I get

Lyx converts the character '"' in footnote as

Correcting the double quotes cures the compilation.
