I also thinks it makes sense to write it down as a _guideline_.

We could use a wiki page as an alternative/complement to Development.lyx.
It'd make it more open "to the world" how we deal with "unnamed
contributors" [*] that don't wish their real name published in CREDITS.

[*] I recently read a blog or something about unnamed sources versus
anonymous sources,
which made me think it's clearer for us to refer to "venom00" as an unnamed
contributor
rather than an anonymous contributor.
