Also, I gave a try to pmwiki tables, to get to a more compact form: http://wiki.lyx.org/LyX/Manuals2 (might be visually improved with some .lyx/.pdf icons, plus country-code flags, but don't know how to attach images to the lyx.org wiki) this might be a start for providing URLs for more languages (some of the) manuals are available into.
