If you tell me NO to the following I'll test the code ;)
For now I just looked on it and it seems that it solves the problem only
partially. The problem is that you now still have to move something on the
Dialog to have the apply button be active, isn't it? But when I Apply then
move the cursor or select some other stuff and Apply again, Apply is 
deactivated until I change something in the dialog. Isn't it?
