I'd like to make the move to CSS for the website layout ASAP. However
there are a few things to consider
1) Netscape 4 has broken CSS support. We should recommend that users
of NS4 either upgrade of disable CSS
2) the site is now (at least at my mirror) XHTML1.0, which means you'll
have to take to ensure your additions are valid XML.
3) Some users get offended when you tell them their browsers are
broken. Do we care?
Cheers
