That first batch is now in, please report back if something related to load/export/conversion runs/external runs behave weirdly. Tested on linux, but not on windows/mac. I'll keep posting next pacthes for various issues, but should not be that big in scope as was this stack - the largest shell-invocation surface is now gone.
