Aspell failure w/pre1.3.6-16 install on windows

Hi,

I followed the instructions about Aspell: install in C:\Aspell
(full install + englidh and french dicts), but the spellchecker fails
with a message No word list found for language "en" (or "fr").

What am I doing wrong ?
