Hi gang,
I will have some time to play with the docs this week. I intend to finish
updating the 1.1.6 docs so that there aren't any inaccuracies, but I'd
also like to forge ahead with the 1.2.0 docs and some of the rearranging
we had discussed some weeks ago. If there is anything near and dear to
your heart, please remind me of it. I mainly want to weed out some
redundancies and modernize/tone-down the Intro. My intent is to "sell"
LyX's good qualities, rather than peeing on everyone else's bad ones.
For the devvies who may be lurking here - is the 1.2.0 CVS stable enough
to use to start documenting 1.2.0 specific features? Or am I better off
waiting a bit until Lars declares a true code freeze? I suppose this
really only matters for whether I use 1.1.6fix2 or 1.2.0CVS for doing the
rearranging, but I don't want to play with the CVS too much unless it
looks pretty much like the final 1.2.0.
