Your call - I can't imagine that I'd be ready to commit anything 1.2
specific (or even the reorganization for that matter) before fix3 is out.
I'm also assuming that fix3 will be the last 1.1.6, so it shouldn't matter
if the main branch converts to 1.2 after that. I was just trying to get
rid of duplicate branches, but I'll continue to update both if you want me
to.

I will work on it later today, and I'm hoping at least a few people
respond to my proofreading plea. Are you ready to release fix3? If so,
I'll scramble to get as much done as I can, then just declare it good
enough.
