Updated Tutorial and UG

I've updated Intro, Tutorial, and UG in "both" branches (HEAD and 1.1.6) -
they are now identical. JMarc - that means you can just grab the main
branch of lyxdoc when it is time for 1.1.6fix3. Still have some work to go
on the UG however; need to remove most references to lyxrc and document
edit->preferences.
