simply look into the he.po file, or another .po files to get the idea.
its quite intuitive to me...

one possibility is to go through the .po file and see which entries
are untranslated (or fuzzy); second is to run lyx language set to
hebrew (i'm not using m$ win, so not sure how to setup LANG variable(s)).

well, you if you delete all the "#, fuzzy" lines and strings after
msgstr you are at the begining... it should be possible to make it
freshly in trunk, but havent enquired how. maybe somebody else in the list
can help.
