I've noticed that when the character "menu separator" is underlined, it
doesn't show in LyX (on my Windows XP 1.5.2 version ...)
I couldn't reporduce this with latest 1.5.3svn, but found a new crash bug while
testing:

3.2 a character is missing :"One way..." instead of "ne way ..."
3.3 in a note "Letter text class" must be changed to "Letter document
class"
3.4 there is still a "Reference dialog" for a "Cross-reference dialog"
Fixed.
3.7 there is an Outline toolbar button
I added it.
