In fact, compiling/installing lyx-1.6.0svn leads to this: Menu warning: menu entries "New Line|e" and "Espace Insécable|E" share the same shortcut This is new as "New Line|e" was translated as "À la ligne|g": Checking fr.po shows that "New Line|e" in not translated any more because it disappeared from the active messages (so does "Line Break) and appears obsoleted: #~ msgid "New Line|e" #~ msgstr "À la ligne|g" Seems that the last remerge did not find any more these strings. -- Jean-Pierre
