I think these are qt-internal strings (they are translated here in de_DE).

I doubt those were ever translated (but of course they should). In fact, 
these infoize strings are not yet translatable.

LaTeX errors are not translatable. LaTeX is a monolingual beast.

Yes. I doubt it makes sense to translate those (but we could introduce 
translatable descriptions).
