'Only translate pages that are of the type 'web'
but there are Japan and Magyar translations.

Otherwise I cannot find how to add the linked small flags
at very top in the pages.
This needs to be done by Christian, our Web maintainer. When he ads the flag, your translation is
visible for everyone visiting www.lyx.org. So I don't know if there is a policy about the
translation level until this button is added - please ask Christian.
