it up here on the lyx-docs list).
As for the page 'SideBar', it does need to be translated.

me know!
Otherwise I cannot find how to add the linked small flags
at very top in the pages.
This needs to be done by Christian, our Web maintainer. When he ads the
flag, your translation is visible for everyone visiting www.lyx.org. So
I don't know if there is a policy about the translation level until this
button is added - please ask Christian.
The flags at the top of the page gets there through a page similar to
'SideBar', it's a page called 'PageActions'. I'll update SiteDocumentation
to reflect this as well, including the policy.
You could do these modifications yourself, but they're a bit more tricky,
and have to be done site wide. So just let me know when you think you've
translated the majority of the pages.
