We can give you the password for our www.lyx.org webpage. But before translating the webpage I think
that LyX's menus, and buttons should be translated. Looking at
http://www.lyx.org/I18n
you can see that the Russian translation of LyX is incomplete. Before starting to translate the
webpage, the LyX translation should be updated to have at least 3200 translated strings (the green
region in http://www.lyx.org/I18n)
Translating LyX is done by modifying the file "ru.po" that you find here:
http://www.lyx.org/trac/browser/lyx-devel/branches/BRANCH_1_6_X/po
To translate this file I can recommend to use this program:
