I have remembered an issue that I got when I tried to compile
the Spanish translation of powerdot-example.lyx.
This issue remains too: the author names don't appear in the
pdf output. It happens also with the English version in branch.
Is it true for you?
Putting the LyX note in the Title environment, beside "A LyX sample",
fix it here.
