Dear Madam, Sir, I'm using the following preamble (I put it in italic to be clear):
*% DO NOT ALTER THIS PREAMBLE!!!* *%* *%This preamble is designed to ensure that the document prints* *% out as advertised. I'm not really sure what to do now and am under some time pressure as I have to hand in my thesis tomorrow. Would you be so kind to help me? Thank you very much, Pieter
