Are you using Windows? If yes, then you only need to open an Internet connection and compile your
LyX file. All missing LaTeX-packages will the automatically be installed.
If you are on Linux, you are surely using the LateX distribution TeXLive. TeXLive comes with a
package manager. Select there the packages you want to install and TeXLive does the rest for you.
