Sure, but currently the font changes are not implemented by character
styles in the French Extended manual. It's quite a lot of work to change
manually each occurrence, and I wonder if a filtering of the LyX file is
ever possible, when I consider the LyX markup for plain font change.
I don't have an idea how to do this. But its no problem if you omit the
character styles in the French manual - I also omit them in the German ones.
