Please would you note the following errors:
Introduction, section 2.1
the text "as a light-grey boxes like the following" should read
"as light-grey boxes like the following". In other words,
the article "a" should be omitted.
Clicking on the light-grey box containing "Ref: sec:Contrib" with
the left mouse button does not produce a dialog box which contains
a list of all the cross-references in the document. On the contrary,
it produces a dialog which contains three tabs at the top of the
dialog: "Graphics", "Clipping", and "LaTeX and LyX options". In the
first of these, there is an input field with the text "File:" and
the field contains "clipart/referenceQt4.png". To the right of this
field there is a button marked "Browse...". Pressing this button
creates a dialog containing all the files in the directory
/usr/share/lyx/doc/clipart. Below the input field is the text
"Output Size" followed by an embossed line. Below that is a check box,
which is checked, with the text "Scale Graphics (%):". To the right,
is another input field containing the digits "75". Other fields
appear below.
Neither of the other tabs produces a list of all the cross-references
in the document.
I am using LyX Version 2.1.2 (Tuesday, 16 September 2014)
Library directory: /usr/share/lyx/
User directory: ~/.lyx/
This should allow you to identify which Lyx I am using.
