The "cross ref button" reproduced in the cited passage is actually not a real cross ref button, but just an image of it. Hence the graphics dialog opens. Your irritation with that indicates that this is probably not a good idea. However, I leave the decision on this to the colleagues who maintain this manual. Thanks again Jürgen
