Current Stable release

[Robert J. Sprawls]

Hello,
        What is the current stable release? I've got lyx-0.12.0 currently
and I'd like to get the latest. Also, will there be any special library
requirements? I see the mailing list was taken over by the kde.org, but I
don't have KDE, and I'm not interested in installing KDE.
