Yes, I used the package file
lyx-0_12_0-linux-elf-x86-libc5-bin_tar.gz, found at
ftp://ftp.lyx.org/pub/lyx/bin/0.12.0/.
I don't know what libc version that package uses, how do I check
that?
Anyway, I'm going to upgrade to the new LyX version, so possibly
thing will change.
