Hello there,
I'm trying to generate a customized index using LyX 1.0.0 and the
koma-script-package.
The result I get now sorts the german umlauts at the beginning of the
index and doesn't have a header for each letter. Let me give you an
example for the way I would like the index to have:
A
------------
Always
And
....
L
--------
LyX
......
Ue (which should be the german umlaut)
-------------
Uebertragung
.....
I already tried to add a \makeindex -g to the LaTeX Preamble but the only
thing I got was an error...
Does anybody out here have a helping hand for me (:-)?
