This is not entirely correct, since part of the license says:
"If you legally obtain a program that requires the Software in order to
run, then you can install the Software on your computer at no charge as
long as you use it only to run that program."
Of course this makes it more difficult for end users that do not want to,
or are not able to for any reason, install JX. On the other hand rpm's are
available (don't know about Debian packages). I took contact with the
author of JX to ask his point of view.
