What about the following:
latex2html --> HTML version
then import in Word
(I believe most recent versions of Word
i/o html files ...)
You may try other packages like FrameMaker from Adobe ...
Their exists translators LaTeX <--> FrameMaker
(as well as for BibTeX); e.g. look under:
http://www.cs.stir.ac.uk/~kjt/software/framemaker/framemaker.html
