I've had this problem on my linux box (a Mandrake distribution.) My
problem was that cc1plus was in
/usr/lib/gcc-lib/i386-redhat-linux/egcs-2.90.27/
but not in
/usr/lib/gcc-lib/i386-redhat-linux/2.7.2.3/
which was where gcc was looking for it. I put in a symlink in the
2.7.2.3 directory for the cc1plus in the egcs-2.90.27 directory, and
it works fine now.
Hope this helps.
