Dear Linux/LyX-cracks,
I am a complete Linux-greenhorn, nevertheless I managed to install Linux
and get KDE to run on my PC. Now I would like to have additional
software (like LyX). But I do not have the slightest idea which ones of
the files on the ftp-download-servers I actually need to install LyX on
my PC (one, several, all of them?)? And if I have the correct file/files
how do I have to proceed to install LyX (I couldn't find a HOWTO on the
ftp-servers or the LyX-Homepage).
