Hi,
The academic beaurocrats are forcing me to print my dissertation
single-sided with the page numbers in exactly the same place
on each page. The default for AMSbook is alternating
top left and top right corner. In addition the first page of
a chapter has the page number in the bottom center.
Does anyone know how to set the location of page numbers ?
