I think that's a good idea. Either that or putting it somewhere in the
documentation.

I didn't want to have short chapter titles in the TOC, so I that was no
solution. I changed the look of the fancyhdr page layout like it was
suggested by Jean-Marc. Now it only has the section heading on the top right
of the page.
