Can you cd to the lib/ directory and run ./configure? What happens?

I read earlier that the tetex packages from redhat 6.0 are
broken. However, I do not remember what the fix for that is...

Another thing: for glibc2.1, I advise you to go to the xforms home
page and grab the library named bxform-088-glibc2.tgz which has just
been released. I fixed an annoying bug with glibc2.1.
