This is a known problem with RPM upgardes of tetex.

Just go back and do:

     rpm --force -Uvh tetex-*

Then do:

     rpm -V `rpm -qa | grep tetex`

This should not show any missing files, and only the TeX ls-R file
should be different.

Once you've done this, you should have a working TeX that sucks at
hyphenation.

fixes this hyphenation bug, among others) then go to my ftp site:
