choose a matrix from the math symbol with only two lines
and one or more columns. Mark in the matrix menu the
column(s) as c for center, l for left or r for right.
Now write your math terms into the blue boxes. When
you're at the end of the second line you can hit Ctrl-Enter
for a new line and the column(s) don't change their
left, center or right mode.
