Moreover, the \include/\includeonly mechanism is restricted to ONE
sublevel in TeX, so that this should restrict also the multifile
support in LyX (i.e. more than one level is only avalaible to
implement the \input feature of TeX). However LyX may be more subtle
tha TeX, I didn't check...
