rotating.sty is used in the UserGuide for rotating the contents of
cells in the Tabular-Documentation. Now if you want print it without
having it installed than you probably have to remove the table which
does the rotating stuff, but much easier is to search rotating.sty on
CTAN and put it in the same directory with your document (if you use
temp-dirs you have to put it in the same temp-directory LyX creates)
or you add the local-tex-directory to the TEXINPUT environment-variable
before starting LyX.
