Horizontal scroll bar bug?

Hello,

The version of LyX I use is 1.0.3pre2 but I got the following problem:

For some reason a table that I use in lyx is becoming too wide (because of
laxex commands) but lyx does not activate a horizontal scroll bar, so
I cannot see either the cursor or things I type unless I make the whole
lyx window wider, you can even move the cursor .... on the vertical scroll
bar space!

Is this "feature" fixed in later versions?
