The problem here is almost certainly due to using a version of xforms that
was *not* compiled against glibc-2.1. First thing to try is getting a
copy of xforms for glibc-2.1. Versions of xforms compiled against
glibc-2.0 are known to cause segfaults such as this when used in
conjuction with glibc-2.1.
