I don't believe that it is possible yet. The buffer-open command
doesn't accept an argument, it just opens the File->Open menu.
I have netscape to use the obvious for application/lyx: lyx %s. This at
least gets it open seamlessly, and I tend to run a new instance of lyx
for each open buffer anyways.
