This is my problem, and suggestions as how to solve it are appreciated:

I have a book document in Lyx with many figures. I would like to print the
text only. I have disabled display of the figures (do not display) but
exporting as dvi, ps or tex gives errors (for instance because some
figures give bounding box problems or entering \includegraphics {xxx.eps}
                                                              _par}
(Latex run, whatever it means). in all cases there is no output.
I tried \psdraft in the preamble of lyx, but that command is unknown.
I tried \psdraft under Latex, but I am missing it apparently. Before I try
to get it, I would like to know whether it would help at all in my case.

Is there a way to globally disable the figure stuff completely without too
much handwork in tex?

Thanks for hints
