LyX newsgroup: It's about time

Hi everyone,   I am a big fan of LyX, though I am still a beginner in it. I understand that what you guys are doing to take LyX to the top is a great work. However, I strongly belive that creating a LyX newsgroup will tremendously boost this work further and fascilitate the communication among LyX users and developers.
