The citation reference dialog has been changed in 1.1.6 (current CVS). At the
moment the only real change is to make it easier to input multiple citations in
one inset (ie, to do "[1,2,3,6]" rather than "[1][2][3][6]" when using numbered
citations. We had a discussion about the problem of long lines of references
extending beyond the right hand margin of the page. I'm afraid that the
conclusion was that this would require lots of work and so has been put on the
back burner for a while. Note, however, that clicking on the inset will launch
the (new) dialog showing all the citations clearly.
