running Latex and Bibtex....

Hi!

I have the Lyx-1.0.4 on a solaris-x86 platform. My problem is that I would
like to make Lyx run Latex and Bibtex EVERY time I hit the buffer-view
button, in order to update the <name>.bbl file...  

Is there any way to edit the source files to accomplish this?

I know this problem may be fixed in the newer versions of Lyx, but since
I'm stuck with an old compiler (gcc 2.7) there's no way I can compile
them...
