  You are right. With the new support for the iso codes for countries,
used
for aspell, I will pass that directly to the document.

  Meanwhile, you could Input that in layout->document->extra options,
this
will work.

yes it works

I use docbktls.rpm from SuSE which contains db2pdf, easier than 4 lines
of openjade command.
