Ah, where exactly should this go?

Here's what I have now:


        \layout Subsection

        Books
        \begin_inset LatexCommand \label{Add_Docs:Books}

        \end_inset
        
        \layout Bibliography


When I enter in the \renewcommand just after the \layout Bibliography line and
restart LyX, I get the following error:


LyX: Unknown token `\renewcommand'. Inserting as text. [around line 942 of file 
~/trash/ara_sitedoc.lyx]
LyX: Unknown token `\bibname{}'. Inserting as text. [around line 943 of file 
~/trash/ara_sitedoc.lyx]
