Actually, I think the original writer didn't mean quite that. Instead, he
wants subitems for item number n, and then _continue_ at item n (not going
to n+1 what happens if you use Change Environment Depth to go back to
the outer depth). I have no idea how to do that, I wondered the same thing
myself couple of days ago.
