I was trying to revise the LyX guide I've been writing to explain how to
get non-ps images into a LyX document. I went through the normal Insert
- External Material - Rasterized image procedure. No problem - the ugly
grey box came up as expected. However, when I the clicked on the box and
clicked "View result", the program froze. I played around with this and
found it does not happen all the time. Any ideas?
BTW, IMHO this feature, while impressive, needs to be made a little more
user-friendly. I'm trying to push LyX in a work-environment where some
users only recently discovered the difference between the Delete and
Backspace keys, so "Rasterized" is really going to throw them!
