Hello,
i don't know about an asa style, but you can try makebst
to create your own style (pretty god AND easy to use).
On my box (Linux, SuSE) it is located at:
/usr/share/texmf/doc/latex/custom-bib/makebst.dvi
/usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/custom-bib/makebst.tex
