Thanks for quick help, but nothing has changed. Your returned file
behaves same as before. It is probably my LyX version 1.1.6. You seem to
use newer LyX, so I guess this bug goes away when I upgrade.

(I can't see that command anywhere, unless you mean generated LaTeX
output)
